LT-C5000 Consensor 2.0 | Online
Consensor 2.0 is a fully automatic concrete maturity monitoring system designed to track temperature, weighted maturity, electrical conductivity and strength development during concrete hardening. A sensor embedded in the concrete transfers measurement data to the Data Box, which sends the information to a secure server through the integrated GSM/GPRS connection. Users can then access project results remotely through the web platform.

What Is Consensor 2.0?
Consensor 2.0 is a Concrete Maturity System developed to monitor the hardening process of concrete automatically. The system provides data related to concrete temperature, weighted maturity, electrical conductivity and strength development.
This allows users to follow the setting and hardening behaviour of concrete without continuously collecting measurements manually at the construction site.
The system is particularly useful for projects where concrete temperature and strength development must be monitored over extended periods.
Fully Automatic Data Collection
The sensor is installed inside the concrete at the required measurement depth before or during casting.
The sensor is then connected to the Data Box. Measurement data are collected automatically throughout the concrete hardening process.
The Data Box sends the recorded information to a secure server through its integrated GSM/GPRS communication system.
As a result, users do not need to visit the measurement point repeatedly to retrieve data manually.
Concrete Temperature and Maturity Monitoring
Concrete temperature changes during cement hydration. These temperature changes directly influence the rate at which concrete develops strength.
Consensor 2.0 continuously records this temperature information. The system then supports the evaluation of weighted maturity, allowing users to follow concrete development over time.
This approach provides useful information when comparing different pours, curing conditions or structural sections.
Strength Development Monitoring
The system uses maturity-related measurement data to support monitoring of concrete strength development.
Instead of relying only on fixed curing times, project teams can follow how the concrete develops under actual site conditions.
Electrical conductivity measurements also provide additional information about changes occurring during the concrete hardening process.
Together, these measurements allow users to obtain a broader view of concrete development.
Remote Monitoring Through GSM/GPRS
One of the main advantages of the Concrete Maturity System is remote data access.
The Data Box automatically transfers measurements to the server through the mobile network. Users can then access project information from different locations using an internet connection.
This feature is particularly useful for projects with several concrete pours or measurement locations.
Web-Based Project Management
The Consensor web platform allows users to create and manage individual projects for different concrete applications.
Measurement results can be reviewed remotely, helping site teams follow temperature, maturity and strength development without remaining at the measurement location.
Project data are protected by username and password access. Measurement records are stored on secure server infrastructure and can be retained for long-term project documentation.
Sensor Placement at Different Depths
The sensor can be positioned at the required depth inside the concrete.
This allows project teams to monitor different parts of a concrete element according to the requirements of the application.
For example, deeper measurement points can be used where internal concrete temperature development is important, while other locations can be selected for comparison.
Concrete Monitoring According to TS 13508
Consensor 2.0 supports concrete maturity monitoring applications according to TS 13508.
The system combines automatic measurement, maturity-based evaluation, GSM/GPRS data transfer and web-based project access.
As a result, Consensor 2.0 Concrete Maturity System provides a practical solution for construction sites that require continuous monitoring of concrete temperature, maturity and strength development without manual data collection.
