Electronic Analytical Balance for Precision Laboratory Weighing
The Electronic Analytical Balance is designed for high-precision weighing of cement, fine powders, chemicals and other laboratory samples. The product range combines fine readability, automatic internal calibration and advanced data management to support reliable daily weighing operations.
Liya Test offers three main configurations with capacities up to 310 g.
0.01 mg High-Resolution Weighing
The LT-G4015 provides a dual weighing range. Up to 60 g, the balance offers 0.01 mg readability. Between 60 and 220 g, readability changes to 0.1 mg.
This dual-range design allows the same balance to perform very fine measurements on lightweight specimens while still providing a maximum capacity of 220 g.
The LT-G4016 offers 220 g capacity with 0.1 mg readability, while the LT-G4017 increases maximum capacity to 310 g with the same 0.1 mg readability.
Automatic Internal Calibration
High-resolution analytical balances can be affected by changes in ambient temperature and operating time. The integrated calibration system monitors these conditions and performs internal adjustment automatically.
This reduces the need for frequent manual calibration and helps maintain consistent weighing performance throughout the working day.
Backlit LCD Display
The large backlit LCD display provides clear presentation of weighing results. An additional information line can display data such as product names and tare values.
Operating pictograms also indicate active functions, communication status and service information. This layout helps the operator monitor important balance functions from a single screen.
Advanced Data Storage
The balance information system uses several internal databases. It can store up to 10 users, 1,000 products, 5,000 weighing results and 100 tare values.
An integrated ALIBI memory provides storage for up to 100,000 weighing records. This capacity is especially useful for laboratories that need traceable weighing histories and regular data review.
Laboratory Connectivity
The balance includes two RS232 ports, USB-A and USB-B interfaces. Optional Wi-Fi communication can also be configured.
USB connectivity allows databases and weighing information to be transferred to external devices. Computer integration also supports laboratory data management and reporting workflows.
Durable Laboratory Construction
The balance body is manufactured from plastic, while the weighing pan is made from stainless steel. The stainless surface provides durability and simplifies cleaning after weighing powders or fine materials.
As a result, the Electronic Analytical Balance combines high-resolution measurement, automatic calibration, data storage and laboratory connectivity for accurate and repeatable analytical weighing.
