    Description

Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaner for Laboratory Test Sieves

The Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaner provides a safe and efficient method for cleaning fine-mesh laboratory test sieves. Fine particles can become trapped inside small sieve apertures after repeated particle-size analyses. Conventional brushes may not remove these particles completely and aggressive mechanical cleaning can damage delicate woven wire cloth.

Ultrasonic cleaning reduces this risk by using high-frequency energy inside a liquid-filled cleaning tank.

    28–33 kHz Ultrasonic Cleaning

The system operates within a 28–33 kHz frequency range. Ultrasonic energy creates microscopic cavitation activity throughout the cleaning liquid.

This action helps release particles from sieve wires, openings and difficult-to-reach areas. The process does not require strong direct mechanical contact with the mesh. Therefore, it is particularly useful for fine laboratory sieves that require careful maintenance.

    28 L Stainless Steel Tank

The cleaner incorporates a 28 litre stainless steel tank. Stainless steel provides resistance to water and commonly used cleaning solutions while also simplifying routine cleaning after operation.

The basket measures 460 × 260 × 90 mm, providing a large working area for compatible laboratory sieves.

    Powerful Ultrasonic and Heating System

The unit provides 1200 W peak / 600 W effective ultrasonic power. An integrated 1200 W heater can also increase the cleaning-liquid temperature when required.

Temperature can be controlled digitally from ambient conditions up to 70 °C. Heated cleaning may improve the removal of oily or strongly adhered contamination. However, the selected temperature and cleaning liquid should always be compatible with the sieve material.

    Digital Timer and Temperature Control

The operator can set the cleaning duration between 0 and 30 minutes. Digital control allows the same cleaning cycle to be repeated for similar sieve groups.

This helps laboratories establish a more consistent maintenance procedure. A drainage arrangement also simplifies the removal of used cleaning solution after the cycle.

    Protecting Fine Test Sieves

Correct sieve maintenance is important because damaged or distorted openings can affect particle-size analysis results. Ultrasonic cleaning helps remove contamination while reducing direct mechanical stress on the sieve cloth.

As a result, the Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaner combines ultrasonic cleaning, controlled heating and stainless steel construction to support fast and gentle maintenance of laboratory test sieves.
