LT-A0340    Rotary Sample Divider | 20-100 Liter

    PRODUCT DETAILS

The Rotary Sample Divider 20–100 L is designed for representative division of large bulk samples into smaller laboratory subsamples. An electromagnetic vibratory feeder provides controlled material flow, while the modular collection system and scissor lift arrangement support ergonomic sample handling.

    • 20–100 liter capacity: Suitable for representative division of large bulk samples.
    • Electromagnetic vibratory feeder: Transfers material continuously to the dividing system.
    • Representative sample reduction: Helps prepare smaller subsamples while maintaining the characteristics of the bulk material.
    • Bucket module: Supports sample collection in suitable bucket-type containers.
    • Bottle module: Allows the system to work with bottle-based collection arrangements.
    • Modular construction: Collection configuration can be selected according to laboratory requirements.
    • Scissor lift system: Allows the working height to be adjusted for easier loading and collection.
    • Compact installation: External dimensions are approximately 50 × 100 × 150 cm.
    • Variable equipment weight: Depending on configuration, the machine weighs approximately 150–300 kg.
    • Power supply: Operates with 220 V, 50 Hz, 1 Ph. Liya’s current TR technical table confirms these values.

    Description

What Is a Rotary Sample Divider 20–100 L?

The Rotary Sample Divider 20–100 L is designed to reduce large bulk samples into smaller and more manageable laboratory subsamples. The system helps laboratories prepare representative samples before physical, chemical or mineralogical analysis.

The LT-A0340 combines controlled vibratory feeding with a modular collection system. This arrangement allows bulk material to enter the dividing mechanism progressively rather than being transferred as one uncontrolled mass.

Liya Test’s current technical specification lists a working capacity of 20–100 litres.

    Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeding

An electromagnetic vibratory feeder transfers the sample to the dividing section at a controlled rate.

Consistent feeding is important during sample division because irregular material flow may cause one collection container to receive a disproportionate quantity of the sample.

The vibratory system therefore helps create a more regular material stream and supports consistent laboratory sample preparation.

    Bucket and Bottle Modules

The LT-A0340 is designed with different sample-collection configurations.

The bucket module allows material to be collected in suitable bucket-type containers. The bottle module provides an alternative arrangement for applications requiring bottle collection.

The current Turkish Liya Test product page specifically lists these two modules for the LT-A0340.

This modular construction allows laboratories to select the most appropriate collection configuration according to sample quantity and subsequent analytical requirements.

    Adjustable Scissor Lift System

A scissor lift arrangement allows the working height of the system to be adjusted. This feature simplifies the positioning of feeding and collection containers and can improve ergonomics when handling relatively large bulk samples.

There is one detail that should be confirmed before final publication: the current TR page describes the lift as mechanical, while the old EN page describes it as hydraulic.

Therefore, I would use the neutral term “scissor lift system” in the new English content until production confirms the exact mechanism.

    Technical Construction

    The LT-A0340 has external dimensions of approximately 50 × 100 × 150 cm.

Depending on the selected configuration, the published weight ranges from approximately 150 to 300 kg. The machine operates from a standard 220 V, 50 Hz, single-phase electrical supply.

    Representative Bulk Sample Preparation

The Rotary Sample Divider 20–100 L is suitable for mining, mineral-processing, geological and industrial laboratories handling relatively large quantities of powdered or granular material.

Its electromagnetic vibratory feeder, modular collection system and adjustable working height provide a practical solution for reducing bulk samples before laboratory analysis.

Overall, the LT-A0340 Rotary Sample Divider combines high-volume sample handling with controlled feeding and flexible collection options to support efficient and organised laboratory sample preparation.
