    Categories: ,
    PRODUCT DETAILS

The Hydraulic Rock and Mineral Crushing Press is designed for safe and controlled size reduction of large rock, mineral and ore samples before feeding them into laboratory crushers. The enclosed hydraulic system reduces samples by compression, wedging or point loading while helping minimise material loss.

    • 30 ton maximum compressive force: Provides powerful hydraulic crushing for large rock and ore samples.
    • Up to 30 cm feed size: Accepts samples smaller than approximately 30 cm.
    • Below 5 cm reduced size: Prepares material for subsequent laboratory crushing stages.
    • 400 mm maximum stroke: Provides sufficient working travel for different sample dimensions.
    • Three interchangeable crushing heads: Straight, wedge and cone-pointed configurations.
    • Enclosed crushing chamber: Helps contain broken fragments during operation.
    • Reinforced safety cover: Transparent Plexiglas panel is reinforced with woven steel wire.
    • Large working chamber: Internal dimensions of 50 × 50 × 60 cm.
    • Compact industrial construction: External dimensions of 60 × 60 × 160 cm.
    • Heavy-duty structure: Approximate machine weight of 450 kg.
    • Motor: 4 HP, 1400 rpm.
    • Power supply: 380 V, 3 Ph.
    • Product code: LT-M0607.

    Description

What Is a Hydraulic Rock and Mineral Crushing Press?

The Hydraulic Rock and Mineral Crushing Press is designed to reduce large rock, mineral and ore samples to a suitable size before they are processed in laboratory crushers.

Breaking large samples manually with a hammer can lead to uncontrolled fragmentation, material loss and additional operator exposure. The LT-M0607 performs this preparation stage inside an enclosed working chamber by applying controlled hydraulic force.

Liya Test specifies a maximum compressive force of 30 tons for the current Turkish configuration.

    30 Ton Hydraulic Crushing Force

The hydraulic system applies up to 30 tons of compressive force to the sample.

This force allows large and hard pieces to be reduced gradually instead of relying on uncontrolled impact. The maximum hydraulic stroke is 400 mm, providing sufficient travel for samples with different shapes and dimensions.

The press accepts rock and ore pieces smaller than approximately 30 cm. After crushing, material can be reduced to below approximately 5 cm, making it easier to feed into jaw crushers or other laboratory size-reduction equipment.

    Three Interchangeable Crushing Heads

The LT-M0607 supports three different crushing-head configurations.

The straight crushing head applies force over a wider surface and is suitable for general compression. The wedge head concentrates force along a line and assists with splitting material.

A cone-pointed head applies the load to a much smaller area. This creates concentrated stress on hard rock samples and provides another option when conventional flat compression is less effective.

The operator can select the appropriate head according to the structure and behaviour of the sample.

    Enclosed Safety Chamber

Rock fragments can be projected during crushing. For this reason, the machine uses an enclosed working area with a transparent Plexiglas safety cover reinforced by woven steel wire.

The transparent construction allows the operator to observe the crushing area while the enclosure helps contain broken particles.

Keeping fragmented material within the chamber also helps reduce sample loss during preparation.

    Working Area and Machine Dimensions

The press provides an internal working area of 50 × 50 × 60 cm.

Its external dimensions are approximately 60 × 60 × 160 cm, while total machine weight is approximately 450 kg. The heavy-duty structure supports stable operation during hydraulic crushing.

The Turkish product specification lists a 4 HP, 1400 rpm motor operating from a 380 V three-phase electrical supply.

    Laboratory Sample Preparation

The Hydraulic Rock and Mineral Crushing Press is suitable for mining laboratories, mineral-processing facilities, universities and research centres handling large geological samples.

It acts as a preliminary size-reduction stage before finer crushing, grinding or analytical sample preparation.

Overall, the LT-M0607 Hydraulic Rock and Mineral Crushing Press combines 30 ton hydraulic force, interchangeable crushing heads and an enclosed safety chamber to provide controlled preparation of large rock and ore samples.
