The Concrete Flow Table Test Set is used to determine the consistency and flow behaviour of fresh concrete with high workability. The concrete sample is placed in the flow mould, compacted and released onto the hinged table. Controlled dropping of the table causes the concrete to spread, and the final flow diameter is measured in two perpendicular directions. The set is designed for testing in accordance with EN 12350-5.

What Is a Concrete Flow Table Test Set?
The Concrete Flow Table Test Set is used to determine the consistency and flow behaviour of fresh concrete with relatively high workability. The test evaluates how far a prepared concrete sample spreads across a controlled table surface after a specified sequence of movements.
Liya Test supplies the system as a complete set including the flow table, flow mould and tamping bar.
Flow Table Test Principle
The fresh concrete sample is placed inside the flow mould positioned at the centre of the table. The mould is filled and compacted according to the applicable test procedure.
After preparation, the mould is lifted vertically. The hinged table is then raised and allowed to drop in a controlled sequence.
These movements cause the fresh concrete to spread over the table surface.
At the end of the test, the spread diameter is measured in two perpendicular directions. The measured values are used to evaluate the consistency of the concrete mixture.
700 × 700 mm Flow Table
The LT-C0023/1 Flow Table has dimensions of 700 × 700 mm.
Its hinged construction provides the controlled lifting and dropping movement required during the test.
The table includes a 210 mm centre reference marking to assist correct positioning of the flow mould. Perpendicular measurement lines also help the operator measure the spread in two directions.

The mould is manufactured with a listed thickness of 1.5 mm.
