    • High crushing capacity: Published capacities are approximately 200, 300 and 300/500 kg/h, depending on model.
    • Fine size reduction: Under suitable conditions, at least 75% of the crushed material can be reduced to 2 mm or below.
    • Adjustable jaw opening: Continuously adjustable between 0–15 mm.
    • Zero-point adjustment: Jaw spacing can be calibrated and monitored from the external analog indicator.
    • Chrome-manganese steel jaws: Crushing components are manufactured from durable 16–18 / 1.5 chrome-manganese steel.
    • 450 Brinell wear plates: Support long service life under abrasive operating conditions.
    • Removable jaws: Allow easier cleaning, maintenance and replacement.
    • V-belt drive: Transfers motor movement to the crushing mechanism.
    • Central lubrication: Simplifies maintenance of moving components.
    • Dust-controlled enclosure: Designed to limit dust leakage during operation.
    • Vacuum connection: Compatible with industrial dust extraction systems.
    • Safety interlock: Stops the machine if the feed hopper is opened.
    • Overload protection: Electronic-mechanical protection can stop the machine in case of jamming or overheating.

    Description

What Is a Laboratory Jaw Crusher?

The Laboratory Jaw Crusher is designed to reduce natural rock, ore and mineral samples to smaller particle sizes before grinding, sieving or analytical testing. The machine uses two opposing jaws to compress and fracture the material.

Liya Test offers three models in this series: LT-A0090 with 100 × 100 mm jaws, LT-A0091 with 100 × 200 mm jaws and LT-A0092 with 200 × 300 mm jaws. This range allows laboratories to select the appropriate crusher according to sample size and required throughput.

    Three Jaw Size Options

The LT-A0090 is the compact model with a 100 × 100 mm jaw opening and approximately 200 kg/h published capacity.

    The LT-A0091 uses a 100 × 200 mm jaw arrangement and provides approximately 300 kg/h capacity.

For larger sample preparation requirements, the LT-A0092 is equipped with 200 × 300 mm jaws and a published capacity of 300 / 500 kg/h, depending on the operating configuration.

    Adjustable 0–15 mm Jaw Opening

The distance between the crushing jaws can be continuously adjusted between 0 and 15 mm.

The system also provides a zero-point adjustment. Both the zero position and current jaw spacing can be monitored from an external analog indicator.

This allows operators to adapt the crushing condition according to the material and required final particle size.

    Fine Sample Reduction

Liya Test states that under suitable operating conditions, at least 75% of the crushed material can reach 2 mm or below.

Actual results depend on the sample type, hardness, initial particle size and selected jaw setting. Therefore, laboratories should establish suitable crushing parameters for each material group.

    Chrome-Manganese Steel Crushing Jaws

The crushing jaws are manufactured from chrome-manganese steel. Wear plates are produced from approximately 450 Brinell material.

This construction supports repetitive processing of hard and abrasive mineral samples.

The jaw assemblies can also be removed from the machine when cleaning, maintenance or replacement is required. A spare jaw set is listed in the product description.

    Safety and Dust Control

The feed hopper incorporates a locking mechanism and safety interlock. If the hopper is opened during operation, the system can stop the crusher immediately.

The enclosed body is designed to limit dust leakage and can be connected to an industrial vacuum dust collection system.

Electronic-mechanical protection also stops the machine in the event of material jamming or excessive heating. The published maximum noise emission is approximately 85 dB, depending on the working environment.

Proportional Sample Divider for the 200 × 300 mm Configuration

The current Liya Test product page specifically describes the 200 × 300 mm Terminator Jaw Crusher together with a proportional sample divider.

After crushing, material can move directly into the dividing section and be collected according to the required proportion. This reduces intermediate transfer steps during laboratory sample preparation.

This integrated arrangement is particularly useful when a large bulk sample must first be crushed and then reduced to a smaller representative laboratory portion.

    Laboratory and Mining Applications

Jaw Crushers can be used for materials such as alloys, basalt, cement clinker, ceramics, chamotte, coal, coke, feldspar, glass and construction materials.

The series is suitable for mining laboratories, industrial plants, universities and sample-preparation facilities.

Overall, the Liya Test Jaw Crusher Series combines three jaw sizes, adjustable crushing gaps, durable wear components and safety systems for controlled rock and mineral sample preparation.
