What Is a Roll Crusher?

The Roll Crusher is designed for controlled size reduction of medium-hard, hard, brittle and tough materials. The machine uses two opposing rolls to compress the sample until it reaches a smaller particle size.

The LT-A0074 Roll Crusher is suitable for laboratory sample preparation, bulk processing and pilot plant applications. Liya Test lists alloys, basalt, cement clinker, ceramics, chamotte, coal, coke, construction materials, feldspar and glass among its typical applications.

25 × 15 cm Crushing Rolls

The machine uses crushing rolls with dimensions of 25 × 15 cm.

Liya Test specifies a hardness of 500 Brinell for the roll surfaces. This construction provides a durable crushing surface when processing mineral and industrial samples.

A spring-loaded system absorbs excessive loading on the rolls. This arrangement helps protect the crushing mechanism when harder or unexpected material enters the working area.

Adjustable 0–20 mm Roll Gap
