Description
Core Cutting Machine is mainly used especially for cutting rock, concrete and core samples of various sizes and to obtain two half cylinders from core samples.
It is made of 5 mm sheet thickness.
Capable of cutting up to 110 mm diameter and 1200 mm length.
In the core cutting machine, the stone cutting motor is driven by a geared motor and has a water cooling system to prevent the heating of the cutting stone.
With the geared motor, the feed rate and return speed of the movement can be adjusted separately. Forward and reverse travel distances can be adjusted by means of switches.
The drive motor to move the stone cutting motor by means of a forward and reverse gear unit has a power of 0.55 kW.
The stone cutting motor is rated IP 55, 5,5 kW and has a rotational speed of 2800 rpm.
Water-cooled electric pump for long-term operation. The input speed / output speed ratio is 7.5 for the gearbox which reduces the motor output speed by means of gears.
core cutting machine does not oscillate cutting head. There is a protective apparatus to prevent the particles from spreading and scattering.
There is a V bearing system up to 1200 mm in length in order to obtain a half-cylinder for coring. There is a sample support on the V bearing system and measures have been taken to prevent the sample from slipping during cutting of the sample.
It is painted with electrostatic powder paint which is resistant to scratches.
There is a thermal magnetic switch to protect the motor.
The portable stone cutting machine is also assembled and has 4 feet with a height of 90 cm. These legs are capable of carrying the machine 80 mm. diameter polyamide wheel with swivel brake is attached. The wheel plate is attached to the machine legs with bolt connection and is designed to be easily removed if necessary.
It can circulate its own water by means of water tank and water pump to be mounted on portable stone cutting machine.
The core cutting blade moves on two parallel shafts mounted on the bench. The movement is provided with bearing bushings, no bearing is used. Bushings have dust seal. Lubrication folders are available for lubrication.
The core cutting machine has a 5-phase industrial type male plug with a grounded and 3-phase, neutral, earth connection. The main supply cable of the machine is 2,5 mm ² cut.
