Description
The Roller Crusher is used for the rapid, safe and efficient crushing and secondary crushing of medium-hard, hard, brittle and tough materials. It is a very useful for bulk working and pilot plant working.
Application Examples: Alloys, basalt, cement clinker, ceramics, chamotte, coal, coke, construction materials, feldspar, glass and various materials.
Roll dimensions are 25×15 cm. Crushed materials are maximum 12 mm size. Grid size of the materials are 3-0,2 mm depending on the grip distance. Crusher is made of steel conctruction.
The hardness of the rolls shirts are 500 Brinell.
- Roll distance can be adjustable by the help of a arm.
- Material input funnel is dustproff sealed whith a top cover.
- Rolls rotation speed is spplied by a strong motor strenght with a reductor.
- Tension on the rolls are absorbed by spring system.
- The parallel gap between the rolls adjustable between 0- 20 mm.
