The Liya Test Ductility Testing Device is based on the determination of the maximum elongation of bitumen samples in ductility molds at constant speed under constant temperature.
Capable of 3 samples. The water temperature is automatically maintained at 25ºC by the digital control unit. The device has a water heater and a circulation pump.
It utilizes the ductility of a bituminous material by measuring the elongation distance before breaking of the material when the two ends of a briquette sample are separated at a specified speed and temperature.
Unless otherwise specified, the test shall be performed at a temperature of 25 ° C ± 0,5 ° C and a rate of ± 5.0% of 50 mm / min.
The inner bath and outer body are made of double-walled fiberglass insulated stainless steel.
The standardized travel distance is 1500 mm. Complete with 3 molds and base.
Equipped with thermoregulator to maintain test temperature during test.
In hot areas, it can also optionally be equipped with a cooling unit.
