What Is a Laboratory Jaw Crusher?<\/h2>\n

The Laboratory Jaw Crusher<\/strong> is designed to reduce natural rock, ore and mineral samples to smaller particle sizes before grinding, sieving or analytical testing. The machine uses two opposing jaws to compress and fracture the material.<\/p>\n

Liya Test offers three models in this series: LT-A0090 with 100 \u00d7 100 mm jaws, LT-A0091 with 100 \u00d7 200 mm jaws and LT-A0092 with 200 \u00d7 300 mm jaws<\/strong>. This range allows laboratories to select the appropriate crusher according to sample size and required throughput.<\/p>\n

Three Jaw Size Options<\/h2>\n

The LT-A0090<\/strong> is the compact model with a 100 \u00d7 100 mm<\/strong> jaw opening and approximately 200 kg\/h<\/strong> published capacity.<\/p>\n

The LT-A0091<\/strong> uses a 100 \u00d7 200 mm<\/strong> jaw arrangement and provides approximately 300 kg\/h<\/strong> capacity.<\/p>\n

For larger sample preparation requirements, the LT-A0092<\/strong> is equipped with 200 \u00d7 300 mm jaws<\/strong> and a published capacity of 300 \/ 500 kg\/h<\/strong>, depending on the operating configuration.<\/p>\n

Adjustable 0\u201315 mm Jaw Opening<\/h2>\n

The distance between the crushing jaws can be continuously adjusted between 0 and 15 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The system also provides a zero-point adjustment. Both the zero position and current jaw spacing can be monitored from an external analog indicator.<\/p>\n

This allows operators to adapt the crushing condition according to the material and required final particle size.<\/p>\n

Fine Sample Reduction<\/h2>\n

Liya Test states that under suitable operating conditions, at least 75% of the crushed material can reach 2 mm or below<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Actual results depend on the sample type, hardness, initial particle size and selected jaw setting. Therefore, laboratories should establish suitable crushing parameters for each material group.<\/p>\n

Chrome-Manganese Steel Crushing Jaws<\/h2>\n

The crushing jaws are manufactured from chrome-manganese steel<\/strong>. Wear plates are produced from approximately 450 Brinell<\/strong> material.<\/p>\n

This construction supports repetitive processing of hard and abrasive mineral samples.<\/p>\n

The jaw assemblies can also be removed from the machine when cleaning, maintenance or replacement is required. A spare jaw set is listed in the product description.<\/p>\n

Safety and Dust Control<\/h2>\n

The feed hopper incorporates a locking mechanism and safety interlock. If the hopper is opened during operation, the system can stop the crusher immediately.<\/p>\n

The enclosed body is designed to limit dust leakage and can be connected to an industrial vacuum dust collection system.<\/p>\n

Electronic-mechanical protection also stops the machine in the event of material jamming or excessive heating. The published maximum noise emission is approximately 85 dB<\/strong>, depending on the working environment.<\/p>\n

Proportional Sample Divider for the 200 \u00d7 300 mm Configuration<\/h2>\n

The current Liya Test product page specifically describes the 200 \u00d7 300 mm Terminator Jaw Crusher<\/strong> together with a proportional sample divider.<\/p>\n

After crushing, material can move directly into the dividing section and be collected according to the required proportion. This reduces intermediate transfer steps during laboratory sample preparation.<\/p>\n

This integrated arrangement is particularly useful when a large bulk sample must first be crushed and then reduced to a smaller representative laboratory portion.<\/p>\n

Laboratory and Mining Applications<\/h2>\n

Jaw Crushers can be used for materials such as alloys, basalt, cement clinker, ceramics, chamotte, coal, coke, feldspar, glass and construction materials.<\/p>\n

The series is suitable for mining laboratories, industrial plants, universities and sample-preparation facilities.<\/p>\n

Overall, the Liya Test Jaw Crusher Series<\/strong> combines three jaw sizes, adjustable crushing gaps, durable wear components and safety systems for controlled rock and mineral sample preparation.<\/p>\n
