What Is a V Type Mixer?<\/h2>\n

The V Type Mixer<\/strong> is designed for controlled mixing of dry powders and granular materials. The rotating V-shaped vessel continuously divides the product into separate streams and then recombines them during each rotation.<\/p>\n

This movement creates regular redistribution of material throughout the vessel without requiring high-speed cutting or mixing blades. As a result, the system is suitable for mineral, chemical, food, medical and other industrial powder-processing applications.<\/p>\n

Liya Test offers the V Type Mixer in 100, 300 and 500 litre<\/strong> configurations.<\/p>\n

100, 300 and 500 L Capacity Options<\/h2>\n

The LT-M1297<\/strong> provides a nominal capacity of 100 L<\/strong>. The LT-M1298<\/strong> increases this to 300 L<\/strong>, while the LT-M1299<\/strong> offers a 500 L<\/strong> vessel for higher-volume applications.<\/p>\n

These capacity alternatives allow users to select a mixer according to production volume and batch requirements.<\/p>\n

Liya Test also states that customised configurations can be produced for sector-specific applications. Vessel material, filling arrangement and surface finish may therefore be adapted according to project requirements.<\/p>\n

The mixing vessel operates at an adjustable speed between 0 and 12 rpm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The characteristic V-shaped vessel promotes repeated separation and recombination of the material during rotation.<\/p>\n

Liya Test describes the system as having a non-dead-corner design<\/strong>, which helps reduce areas where material may remain stationary. The vessel can also be supplied with selectable construction materials and polished surface options according to the intended application.<\/p>\n

Automatic Discharge System<\/h2>\n

The system incorporates an automatic discharge positioning function<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After mixing is completed, the vessel can be brought to a suitable discharge position. A quick-release arrangement then assists with removal of the prepared product.<\/p>\n

The replaceable vessel configuration also provides flexibility when different product groups or process requirements are involved.<\/p>\n

The V Type Mixer includes several protective features around the rotating system.<\/p>\n
