What Is a Wilfley Type Shaking Table?<\/h2>\n

The Wilfley Type Shaking Table<\/strong> is designed for wet gravimetric separation and concentration of mineral and ore samples. The system uses differences in particle density to separate valuable minerals from lighter material.<\/p>\n

During operation, prepared material moves across an inclined table surface together with water. At the same time, the table performs a controlled reciprocating motion. The combined effect of table movement, water flow and gravity causes particles with different physical properties to follow different paths.<\/p>\n

The LT-M8875 Wilfley Type Shaking Table<\/strong> is suitable for laboratory and pilot-scale mineral-processing studies where controlled gravity separation is required.<\/p>\n

Adjustable 0\u2013365 Strokes\/Min Operation<\/h2>\n

The shaking speed is continuously adjustable between 0 and 365 strokes per minute<\/strong>. This allows the operator to adapt the table movement to different particle sizes, densities and processing conditions.<\/p>\n

The shaking mechanism uses a cam-and-follower arrangement. Motor movement is transmitted through a V-belt drive, creating controlled forward and backward motion across the working surface.<\/p>\n

7.5 and 15 mm Stroke Options<\/h2>\n

The system provides 7.5 mm and 15 mm stroke lengths<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Operators can change the relevant cam to select the required stroke. Different stroke settings allow the table motion to be adapted to various mineral characteristics.<\/p>\n

The lateral table inclination is also continuously adjustable. Therefore, shaking speed, stroke, water flow and table angle can be combined to create suitable separation conditions.<\/p>\n

Polyester-Coated Working Surface<\/h2>\n

The working table is manufactured from steel sheet and finished with a gel polyester coating<\/strong>. Liya Test specifies table dimensions of approximately 50 \u00d7 100 \u00d7 35 cm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Separated mineral fractions are collected using AISI 304 stainless steel collectors<\/strong>. This arrangement allows concentrate, intermediate products and tailings to be handled separately after the test.<\/p>\n

Water Flow and Working Capacity<\/h2>\n

The Wilfley Type Shaking Table operates with approximately 200 L\/h water circulation<\/strong>. The official product information specifies a maximum working capacity of approximately 25 kg\/h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Actual separation performance can vary according to particle size, density distribution, feed rate and selected table settings.<\/p>\n

Motor and Electrical Requirements<\/h2>\n

The system uses a 1.5 HP, 900 rpm electric motor<\/strong>. Liya Test specifies an electrical supply of 220 V, three phase, 50 Hz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
