Sample Extruder for Controlled Specimen Removal<\/h1>\n

The Sample Extruder<\/strong> is designed to remove cylindrical specimens from moulds and test cells without applying unnecessary impact. Its manually operated hydraulic system pushes the specimen out gradually. This controlled movement helps reduce cracking, deformation and other damage during sample preparation.<\/p>\n

The LT-R0080 Sample Extruder for Hoek Triaxial Cells<\/strong> is particularly suitable for rock-core laboratory applications. However, its adjustable structure also provides flexibility for compatible cylindrical soil and compacted specimens.<\/p>\n

Manual Hydraulic Extraction System<\/h2>\n

The machine uses a hand-operated hydraulic jack. Therefore, it does not require an electrical connection.<\/p>\n

The hydraulic system applies force gradually while the operator controls the movement. The maximum specified extraction force is 30 kN<\/strong>. This capacity helps remove specimens that remain tightly fitted inside moulds or cells.<\/p>\n
