The Single-Shaft Concrete Mixer<\/strong> is designed to prepare homogeneous concrete and mortar mixtures under laboratory conditions. A helical mixing shaft rotates inside the fixed pan and continuously moves the material throughout the mixing chamber. As a result, cement, aggregate, water and admixtures can distribute more evenly within the mixture.<\/p>\n

The mixing shaft operates at 48 rpm<\/strong>. Its helical geometry moves the material continuously along the pan and helps reduce stagnant areas during mixing.<\/p>\n
