The Pneumatic Concrete Mixer<\/strong> is designed for the controlled preparation of small-volume concrete mixes in laboratory environments. The system is particularly suitable for laboratory studies investigating the effects of different concrete constituents on mix performance. It enables users to prepare repeatable small concrete batches under consistent mixing conditions.<\/p>\n

The double-action system operates differently from conventional single-direction mixers. While the pan rotates in one direction, the mixing paddle moves in the opposite direction. This counter-rotating action creates more intensive movement of the materials inside the pan. Similar professional laboratory mixing systems use this principle to achieve a more homogeneous mixture within a shorter mixing period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

42-Litre Pan Capacity<\/h3>\n

The mixing pan has a geometrical capacity of 42 litres<\/strong>. However, the effective mixing capacity is specified as 15\/12 litres<\/strong>. Rather than filling the entire pan with concrete, sufficient free volume is maintained to allow the materials to move effectively during mixing. This enables the paddle to circulate and blend the constituents more efficiently.<\/p>\n
