2000 kN Flexural Frame for High-Capacity Concrete Testing<\/h1>\n

The 2000 kN Flexural Frame<\/strong> provides high load capacity for evaluating the mechanical properties of large and heavy concrete specimens. The LT-C2200<\/strong> uses a strong four-column structure<\/strong> to maintain high stability during loading. As a result, laboratories can perform more controlled tests on heavy specimens.<\/p>\n

The frame design also helps limit structural deformation under maximum load. In addition, the system uses a double-acting ram<\/strong> to apply the load to the specimen in a controlled manner. The ram offers a maximum stroke of 420 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Rigid Four-Column Structure<\/h2>\n

The four-column design helps distribute the applied load evenly through the frame during testing. In addition, the loading system mounted on the upper section supports stable operation at high capacity.<\/p>\n

ASTM C78\/C78M<\/strong> also defines flexural strength testing of concrete beams using third-point loading. When the ram reaches its maximum stroke, the safety limit switch<\/strong> helps protect the system. In addition, the double-acting mechanism helps control ram movement more precisely during testing.<\/p>\n
